Weekend Retreats
Three day long retreats held across the UK throughout the year. These retreats combine the medicinal value of being outdoors with nature, meditation and workshops for practical strategies to cope with the unique pressures facing individuals today. We aim to provide a confidential, relaxing and fun atmosphere.
Day Retreats
Our one day indoor retreats in London and surrounding areas, focus on combining elements of yoga, effective communication strategies and breathing techniques. We use group discussion, humour and "outside the box thinking" to allow us to dive into a deeper understanding of ourselves.


Workshops
Our workshops are delivered to primary, secondary care settings, private healthcare as well as corporate settings. These can range from 1 hour, or half to full-day workshops. We combine our diverse expertise in wellbeing to help identify warning signs and triggers. We teach effective strategies to combat stress, anxiety and to promote positive physical and emotional behaviours. We do this through coaching techniques, mindfulness methods, breathwork exercises and role play. We aim to empower individuals to manage their mental health by providing each individual with a practical emotional toolkit that they can utilise anywhere on a day to day basis.
