I found the retreat a genuinely safe space to allow for a meaningful self reflection. To be amongst fellow doctors to freely discuss the unique challenges was great.  There was a brilliant mix of physical and mental activities that taught me skills i have been able to take into my everyday life which has been invaluable.  I would recommend this to anyone whether or not they feel burnt out.

Yasmine's retreat was exactly what i needed. The food and location were amazing, and all of the sessions (yoga, kayaking, relaxation, reflection, mindfulness, qi gong) were pitched just right and very helpful (& fun!).  I felt totally supported and cared for the whole weekend and left feeling very relaxed, rejuvenated and with a clearer sense of what i needed going forward.  I met some lovely people who I've continued to keep in touch with.  Attending "solo" was not an issue as the atmosphere was friendly and inclusive. I would (& DO!) recommend Yasmine's retreats to everyone.

We booked Yasmine for a half day workshop. Our staff were sceptical initially, but by the end of the day we emerged with some easy, practical tools we could use to manage stress of our day to day lives.  These were immediately implementable and we continue to use this regularly.  Learning about ways in which we could empower ourselves, effectively communicate our needs and have a better work/life balance has significantly changed our outlook.
